Product Care Instructions

Please take note of the following care instructions:

  • For washing the product, please only perform gentle hand wash using cold water, followed by air drying.
  • Avoid using a washing machine or dryer, as they may compromise the product's quality.
  • Refrain from using hot water or abrasive chemicals during the cleaning process to prevent potential damage.
  • To avoid discoloration, do not soak the item in water.
  • If any metal hardware get wet, immediately wipe them dry to protect the product from possible damage.

 

Lead Time and Shipping Details

Ensure that the provided address is accurate, as amendments cannot be made once the order has been dispatched. We will not be responsible for incorrect addresses.

All products are ready stock and will be dispatched within 1 – 3 business days.

Delivery in Singapore

Products will be shipped via Ninja Van door-to-door courier, with a standard delivery time of 1 – 3 days.

Delivery in Malaysia

Products will be shipped door-to-door, with a standard delivery time of 1 – 3 business days within the Klang Valley area. Deliveries to other areas may take slightly longer, up to 5 business days.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

Once an order is confirmed, strictly no returns or refunds.

We offer a one-time exchange if there are sizing issues or defects in the product. Kindly notify us regarding the exchange within 7 days of receiving the item. Exchange requests made after this period will not be entertained.

For any other exchange inquiries, please reach out to us via Instagram DM or email at hello@OnaStyle.com, providing your order number and detailing the reason for the request. Do take note of the following points:

  • Ensure the item is returned in its original condition; exchanges will not be allowed if the product is used or washed.
  • You will be responsible for all shipping costs related to this exchange unless the product is defective.
  • Please use a tracked shipping method when returning items, as we will not be responsible for lost packages.
